Welcome to KidsTuttoo.

If you are a student or parent using our tutoring services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering or booking a class.

1. Services Provided

We offer online, one-on-one tutoring sessions customized to meet each student’s needs. Sessions are conducted through platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, or others agreed upon beforehand.

2. Demo Sessions

• Each new student is offered one free demo session.
• Demo sessions last a minimum of 40 minutes.

3. Session Scheduling & Cancellations

• Regular sessions are scheduled in advance with mutual agreement.
• To cancel or reschedule, inform at least 4 hours before the session.
• Late cancellations may result in 50% session charge.

4. Fees & Payments

• Fees must be paid monthly in advance.
• Sessions will not be conducted without payment.
• Refunds are provided only in special cases at our discretion.

4A. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before session.
• No-shows or late cancellations may be fully charged.

b. Service-Initiated Cancellations

• If KidsTuttoo cancels, a new session will be arranged.
• If not rescheduled within 7 days, refund can be requested.

Money-Back Guarantee

• Notify within 30 days if unsatisfied.
• Unused sessions will be refunded after deductions.
• Refund processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Demo sessions are free and non-refundable.

4B. Payment Security

• Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
• We do not store your card details.
• Payment must be completed before booking sessions.

4C. Credits & Validity

• Credits are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
• Unused credits expire after validity period.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Parental Responsibilities

Parents should monitor student progress and communicate through official support channels.

6. Privacy & Safety

• Webcams should remain on during sessions.
• All personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

7. Feedback & Progress

Progress reports and updates will be shared regularly.

8. Termination

Either party can terminate services with one week notice. Misconduct may lead to suspension.

9. Limitations on Use

• Services are non-transferable.
• Content cannot be shared without permission.
• Commercial misuse is strictly prohibited.
