Welcome to KidsTuttoo. As we provide online tutoring services, there is no physical shipping involved. This Shipping Policy explains how our services are delivered.
1. Service Delivery
- All services are delivered digitally through online platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, or other agreed tools.
- Once your session is booked and payment is confirmed, you will receive session details via email or WhatsApp.
- Classes are conducted as per the scheduled time agreed between the tutor and student.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Demo sessions are usually scheduled within 24–48 hours of request.
- Regular classes are scheduled based on mutual availability.
- Access to services is provided immediately after confirmation.
3. No Physical Shipping
- KidsTuttoo does not deliver any physical products.
- All services are intangible and delivered online only.
4. Service Confirmation
- After successful payment, confirmation details will be shared via email or message.
