Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to KidsTuttoo. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for our online tutoring services.
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
- Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 4 hours, or missed without notice, may be treated as a no-show.
- No-shows may be charged the full session fee.
2. Demo Sessions
- Each student is eligible for one free demo session.
- Demo sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled multiple times.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in special cases and are subject to approval.
- If you are not satisfied with the service, you must inform us within 30 days of purchase.
- Only unused sessions from your package are eligible for refund.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
- Refund requests must be raised within 30 days.
- A 10% administrative fee will be deducted.
- The cost of completed sessions will also be deducted.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Service-Initiated Cancellations
- If KidsTuttoo cancels a session, an alternative session will be scheduled.
- If rescheduling is not possible within 7 days, you may request a refund for that session.
6. Credits & Validity
- Purchased sessions or credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Unused credits after this period will expire and will not be refunded or extended.
7. Payment Policy
- All payments must be made in advance before booking sessions.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- We do not store your payment details.
