If you are a student or parent using our tutoring services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
We offer online, one-on-one tutoring sessions customized to meet each student’s needs via platforms like Google Meet or Zoom.
2. Demo Sessions
- One free demo session per student
- Minimum duration: 40 minutes
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Sessions scheduled in advance
- Cancel/reschedule at least 4 hours before
- Late cancellation: 50% charge
4. Fees & Payments
- Monthly advance payment required
- No session without payment
- Refunds in special cases only
Refund Policy:
- Cancel 4 hours before session
- No-shows may be fully charged
- Refund within 7–10 business days
Credits:
- Valid for 6 months
- Non-transferable
5. Parental Responsibilities
Parents should monitor progress and communicate via official channels.
6. Privacy & Safety
Webcams must remain on. Data handled as per privacy policy.
7. Feedback & Progress
Regular progress updates will be shared.
8. Termination
Either party can terminate with one week notice. Misconduct may lead to suspension.
9. Limitations on Use
- Non-transferable services
- No content sharing without permission
- No commercial misuse
